The externals walls of our homes face a constant onslaught from the weather, pollution and the environment and sometimes they need a little help.  Render repairs are one of the jobs we can carry out to ensure your home is solid and steady, able to cope with the weather and looking smart.

Our process starts with a quick assessment of the house.  The majority of house built from the 1930s onwards will have cavity walls as this was when this system began to replace a single, solid wall.  We will check to see what kind of wall construction you have, and the materials involved.

Next we will look at the problems with the render.  Are they caused by weathering and time or is there an underlying issue that could cause the new render to have problems too?  Sometimes, cracks could be caused by movement in the property while signs of bulging render could mean structural issues.  We will help assess these or recommend a surveyor if a serious problem may be present.

Once the assessment is finished, we can start repairing the render.  We use the best products to ensure a smart finish and one that is able to withstand the worst of the weather.  We also use products that match up with what is already on the property to create a seamless repair.
